Ambrose Island Community Gymnasium- Located in Ambrose Island High School, which doubles as the community center, the gymnasium is used not only for high school games and events, but also for community meetings and conferences that require more space than one of the school's classrooms. Ambrose Island Community Pool- Located in Ambrose Island High School, which doubles as the community center, the pool open to the public from 5:00am-8:00am and 4:00pm-10:00pm, except the days when it's being used by the school's Swim & Dive team. Relevant Staff: TBA

Ambrose Island Country Club & Golf- The Country Club is the place to be for Ambrose Island's wealthier citizens. Whether it's a round of golf, a day on the tennis courts, or just a leisurely lunch in the club house, there's always something to do at here if you're privileged enough to be a member. Ambrose Island Marina- Many people on the island own boats, and the Marina has the slips and docks for all of them. There's always something going on here, whether it's someone leaving or coming back from a sail or fishing, or just people strolling the seaside and watching the boats. Ambrose Island Tennis Courts- Located on the grounds of Ambrose Island High School, which doubles as the community center, the tennis courts are open to the public anytime they're not being used by the school's tennis team or physical education classes. Relevant Staff: TBA

Bodyworks- Whether it's a piercing or a tattoo that you're after, the artists here can hook you up. Operated in a clean, professional, and licensed manner, have no fear to get your body decorated in this place. Relevant Staff: TBA

Lush- This is the classiest and most expensive club on the island, frequented by the rich. There are live shows once a week featuring local bands, and it's a pretty popular place for those who crave nightlife. Relevant Staff: TBA

Parchment Art Gallery- Parchment displays both paintings and sculpture with some pieces by local artists and others on loan from galleries off the island. This is a popular attraction for tourists and residents alike. Relevant Staff: TBA

Richter Bar & Pool- Owned by Bobby Oren, here you'll find your standard bar and pool hall. Often frequented by the rougher crowd and home to some illicit gambling with the owner himself as bookie. Relevant Staff: TBA

Sway & Foreplay- The strip club is owned by Elisabeth Owens, who worked there as a teenager before finally taking over the business two decades later. She is extremely passionate about her club and puts her entire heart into it, making sure it is classy and sophisticated. The girls who work there are not strippers, they are exotic dancers, and they are artists who happen to perform in the nude. There are stage shows and private rooms. Beth has strict rules and as long as both her employees and customers know to follow them, everyone has a good time. She still graces the stage every so often for old time's sake. Wreck Cove Cinemas- Ambrose is a small island, but with a large teenage population relative to its size they couldn't go without a mall and a movie theater.
