The role of Student Government is to represent students' views and make decisions that benefit the Ambrose Island High. It's run completely by students for students independent of the school administration, though a teacher does sit in on meetings. They mainly focus on issues of particular concern to the student body, they also work on general projects to make the school a better environment for everyone.
